Biggest Loser....

They started a little Biggest Loser program at work and I have committed to being a part of it. I hope to lose 10lbs by May 30. I had actually set that goal originally beacuse I have a wedding to go to on the 29th... I just hope I can meet this goal and flatten my stomach.

    Thanks for the encouragement. Of course I started off wrong by going to eat fried fish, shrimp and french fries for dinner Saturday.... emoticon

    That's actually a very realistic goal.
I like to do "mini goals" too to keep me in check.
I use events and easy-to-remember dates like Valentine's Day and St. Pat's day, my brother's birthday in May, etc.

I was so tired emoticon this morning from staying up watching Iowa play; WAY TO GO HAWKEYES!!!!; but I did do some stretches, crunches and squats. I'll do my cardio tonight after work. I'm just proud of myself for not just staying in the bed and putting it all off until tonight.

Well, I got up a second day in a row to stretch and exercise. I did 150 crunches and strength exercises. I also did 1 hour of Wii sports last night and worked up a sweat.... emoticon But it felt good.

Why do I start the week off great exercing, everyday eating right.... Then come Thursday I'm done... I have to stop this cycle... I also need to make sure I stretch at leat 2 times a day, my leg muscles are starting to tighten. Dr. told me today eventually I'll need to wear a brace.....

    Ohhhhh we are such unfocused creatures of habit....I too ask myself this every day/week/month that I continue to eat less than healthily and not exercise enough...It's no consolation,I know...but you sure aren't along...

I just joined the new YOU Bootcamp team. There are 10 min. exercise videos you are suppose to do daily. Hopefully this kick starts my exercise program emoticon
