I thought I wasn't going to get my cardio yesterday but I played on the Wii for 1 hour.... That's good enough for me emoticon This morning I got up and did some of my strength exercise before and after my shot. I'll finish the rest tonight.

Last night I was so tired that I did not do any more exercising... And then this morning I just got up and did my stretches. That means I HAVE to do my 30 minutes after work. I WILL get it done though...

    I forgot that I did get some cardio at work... I had to move boxes and everything from my old desk to my new desk...

    Yesterday I was tired too and had to PUSH myself. Part of me didn't want to..but the other part didn't want to wreck my progress so I kept going. That's the great thing about SP. You can hop online and always find something or somebody to get you encouraged, inspired or motivated to keep going.

You just may have to find some physical images to paste up around the house or work to keep you motivated and focused. It really does help. Nobody has to know that the little thing (whatever it is) on your desk at work is to remind you to keep going..but you'll know...lol Keep up the good work! emoticon

Biggest Loser....

They started a little Biggest Loser program at work and I have committed to being a part of it. I hope to lose 10lbs by May 30. I had actually set that goal originally beacuse I have a wedding to go to on the 29th... I just hope I can meet this goal and flatten my stomach.

    That's actually a very realistic goal.
I like to do "mini goals" too to keep me in check.
I use events and easy-to-remember dates like Valentine's Day and St. Pat's day, my brother's birthday in May, etc.

I was so tired emoticon this morning from staying up watching Iowa play; WAY TO GO HAWKEYES!!!!; but I did do some stretches, crunches and squats. I'll do my cardio tonight after work. I'm just proud of myself for not just staying in the bed and putting it all off until tonight.

Well, I got up a second day in a row to stretch and exercise. I did 150 crunches and strength exercises. I also did 1 hour of Wii sports last night and worked up a sweat.... emoticon But it felt good.
