Today I updated my program back to 45 min of cardio Mon, Wed, thur and 45 min of strength Tue, Thu , Sat. I will add in addition cardio on my strength days too just not as much as the cardio days.
I elt bad about not getting up yesterday and exercising but I made up for it later. We went to dinner for our anniversary, I think what I picked wasn't too bad of a choice and I only ate 1/2 of it. After dinner went miniature golfing. It was fun, we'll have to do that more often. I looked it up and according to the calculator for 1 hour of miniature golfing I burned 148 calories, not too bad.
