I did get up yesterday and this morning to exercise. Plus I went to the gym yesterday. I did get on the treadmill but I did not run. next time I'll do the treadmill first so I can get in a little jogging on it. I hope to go to the gym tomorrow morning and run, we'll see.

I went to DC this past weekend and did not do well. I did not make the best choices with my meals at all. I did do one good thing. I actually ran on the treadmill, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would me. Now I just need to do it at my gym. I feel so fat an bloated it's not even funny. Then I have only exercised Monday morning and then step class tonight. I will get up tomorrow and exercise plus go to the gym. I have to get back to exercising, my tummy is not the way I would like it to be

    I hear ya on the bloated tummy thing and I didn't even go on vacation. Don't be so hard on yourself, especially since you haven't been feeling well this week. Just slowly get back into the groove and I bet we'll both be feeling much better next week.

A new day....

I am determined to stay within my calories today. I didn't make it up to do any real exercising before work but I did do 100 crunches. After packing tonight I plan to do a quick video. I also checked and the website said that our hotel has an exercise room so I plan to use it tomorrow morning and maybe even tonight.

What's going to be hard is the eating this weekend. We'll be eating in restaurants so I'll give my best effort to picking the healthiest options. We'll also be doing a lot of walking so that should help.

I was doing good yesterday. I went to a restaurant for lunch, only ate 1/3 of the plate which was about one serving since the plate was so huge. But what do I do after work???? Finish the leftovers instead of savig them for today. And then before bed I had 2 handfuls of caramel corn.... I didn't exercise either. Today is a new day, I will get some exercise after work and make better choices in my eating starting tomorrow......

I know I should start today but I already know I am going out to eat after work with my mom and I did not leave too many calories. I will go over I think but not extremely....

I did it again, I snacked like crazy. Had a whole bag of Kettle Corn, split a bag of tortilla chips with Michelle, ate carmel corn that had pecans and almonds.... I have to stop letting myself give in to the snacking on the weekends. I do well during the week but cave when at home...
