I did not do anything yesterday and did not get up this am. I just have not been motivated to exercise or eat right lately. I will try to be good tonight when we go out but we know how that goes. I'll just have to be sure we do get up tomorrow morning and go to the gym so I can finally run again.

I WILL get back on track this weekend. I don't want to fall back into my bad habits and gain all the weight back. I got on the scale this am an am back at 109, WHY DO I DO THIS????

    Hey! Forget the scale. If it's that time of the month then your weigh-ins could be a little screwy for the next week or so. And don't worry! I'll keep you on track tonight!! Or at least I will try to.....

I have been snacking the las couple of nights, haven't done my full workout program... I guess I should pay attention to the calendar, it is that time of the month. I should have realized that and made sure to have healthier snacks available and lower calorie meals. I'll have to remember to do that next month and make sure I don't over do it this month...

I have not written since last Friday. I haven't really been on the computer either and you can really tell. My calories have been over. When i'm not tracking I just guess and tell myself "You are fine, you're probably below the calorie range.." Not the case at all. Now that I am back to tracking I should stay on teh right track. I haven't been exercising quite as much either. I am still getting up in the am but not doing the pm as much. We'll see what the scale tells mt Saturday...


Still tired.

I've gotten to bed on time the last two nights but I am still tired. I did go to Step class Wednesday and did a little more afterwards. I got up yesterday and did the Ab Attack and went to the gym after workd. Only for 1/2 hour but at least it was something. This morning I got up and did Walk & Kick. I noticed that I've been doing a variety of my exercise dvds. Myabe I should stick with 2 for a week or two then switch. I'll have to see what the scale says, if I've lost the variety is helping, if no loss I'll switch.

    Maybe your tired because you are doing two workouts a day? I'd be surprised if the variety is not helping lose weight faster.

I went to bed late last night after packing everybody's lunch, weight lifting and logging on SP. So this morning I could not get out of bed. I had 40 min of cardio planned but only did 60 crunches. It's a good thing step class is tonight. Maybe I'll try to get in a little more cardio before bed too. I have to get to bed before Midnight though.
