I've gotten to bed on time the last two nights but I am still tired. I did go to Step class Wednesday and did a little more afterwards. I got up yesterday and did the Ab Attack and went to the gym after workd. Only for 1/2 hour but at least it was something. This morning I got up and did Walk & Kick. I noticed that I've been doing a variety of my exercise dvds. Myabe I should stick with 2 for a week or two then switch. I'll have to see what the scale says, if I've lost the variety is helping, if no loss I'll switch.
