I got up this morning and did some arm and leg exercises. I Didn't do to many so I will get some more in when I come home tonight. I'm proud of myself for cutting back on my calories. I have the habit of trying to reach the high end of my advised calorie range. That isn't going to help me lose, so i have been trying to stay 100 calories below that high number. I also have been sticking to my new goal of not eating pat 8:30.
