There is always one day that I plan to do something and my plans get screwed. I have to run home after work instead of going ot the gym. Once I get home I'm not going back to the gym because it is out of the way. But I can do one or two of my dvd's.... i can still get some cardio in before going to my mom's...

I did not get up again. I did pack my gym bag and put it in the car so I can go to the gym after work. Now I just have to get my mind ready for jogging. I said I would give jogging a try so I will have to do it. I don't know why it is such a hard thing for me...

I did not do ell today. We had a Christmas celebration for work today at Bailey's. I tried not to eat junk but the nachos were so good..... I was going to stop at 2 drinks but I had three..... My calories were over 2000 and I did not exercise today at all..... And I am sitting here drinking a glass of wine while typing....I will go to the gym tomorrow before my mothers Undercover Wear party.... One day should not kill me...

I also have to remember to get a new battery for my scale. I have to weigh in Saturday morning for my 5% loss challenge.

I went to step class today. It felt really good. I was worried about taking a class at first because I am not coordinated at all... I miss some combos every now and then but I don't let it stop me.

I got up this morning and did some arm and leg exercises. I Didn't do to many so I will get some more in when I come home tonight. I'm proud of myself for cutting back on my calories. I have the habit of trying to reach the high end of my advised calorie range. That isn't going to help me lose, so i have been trying to stay 100 calories below that high number. I also have been sticking to my new goal of not eating pat 8:30.
