Again I got up late but this time I still did my Walk & Kick dvd.
I am proud of my self because yesterday when I want to eat everything in sit, I chose to eat a banana and grapes. I wanted chips and cookies so bad, but then I remembered that I had reached my goal and did not want to add more pounds. I keep my calories on the lower end yesterday also, I think I will try to see how long I can stay on the lower end rather than trying to reach the highest amount.
