I'm going to try to start an exercise streak, see how long I can do some sort of exercise everyday. I got up this morning and did 30 min utes of Walk and Kick. I know I keep saying it but I need a new dvd. This one still makes me feel good but ti need to change my routine. Maybe tonight I will try an On Demand exercise. The only thing with those its that I don't have the room to move around like they want you too..
