April seems to be starting the right way. I got on the scale this morning and it said 112... My eating has been good and I have done some type of exercise ever, I am counting the last few days of March since today is just the first.. emoticon Now to keep it up emoticon

Review of February

I have stayed the same with my weight. And mow that I have my door-to-door organics back I am eating more veggies and trying new recipes. Even the kids are trying new things... I have been a little slacking on getting up to get my stretching in before work and the stretching at night is none existent. That will be my major goal for March: taking time for myself to exercise using my Wii and DVDs.

My alarms went off this morning and I turned it off thinking " I don't have to be up this early to exercise, I can exercise later after I eat and take medicine.." Then about 6:20 it hits me... It's Friday not saturday emoticon emoticon You HAVE to get up eat get ready for work.....

  Even retired, i forget which day it is. doing friday things on tuesday and always emoticon thinking it's sunday in the evening.

I have been exercising everyday now emoticon But my eating has not been the greatest emoticon I just need to stop snacking so much and eating the pizza bought for the kids....

    OOH yeah pizza is the worst. You need protein though to help you create lean muscle which in turn burns fat. So try keeping 10 almonds and an apple in your bag to snack on when the kids eat pizza. Try to wean them off pizza lol so that they dont have weight issues when they are older. Seriously though, lean protein is a must...boiled eggs, chicken, tuna, almond nuts etc.
Heres hoping 2014 really works for you, Im so ready to get cracking next year.
