Iím improving. That is why I love this challenge. It motivates me to do what I know I should be doing. My exercise minutes have increased. This week I am staying within my calorie range. Sat. & Sun. I went slightly over. I am weighing and measuring almost everything.

Finished the first week on the 5% Challenge. I increased my exercise time and am starting to get my eating back under control. That is a big thing for me. I lost just under one pound. I need to loose one pound a week to meet my goal.
I would like to make a habit of eating within my calorie allowance 6 days a week with only going slightly over the other day. I only went over 2 days this past week but the rest of the days were in the middle to top end of my calorie allowance. I canít increase my exercise time. By last night I was exhausted, so I need to be more careful with what I eat this week.
