Kept my exercise up this week. My eating is starting to come under control, making better choices. That is so encouraging. All in all, I’m pleased with my progress this month. I don’t expect perfection, just progress. My weight stayed the same and that is okay. I’m excited about how things are going this week and looking forward to weighing on Saturday. I know, I have four more days to go, but the first three have been very good as far as my eating goes. Am going to the gym today, yay!!!
Limit sweets to 2 a day. – Had a total of 15, one over my 2-a-day goal.
One fruit every day. – 0.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day. - Did good on this one.
Exercise 5 min. 6 days a week. - Got my 6 days done!!!
Do 160 minutes of exercise this week. – should have left it at 130. I had 127
Do the January Daily Exercise Challenge 6 days a week. – 0
Stretch after working out. – missed one day
SPIRITUAL: Continue reading through the bible. Done
EMOTIONAL: Take some time for myself every day. I have been taking time to read every day.
Start a gratitude journal. – Nope
HOME: Spend at least 30 minutes cleaning five days a week. Doing good on this
