I am trying to get back in the groove and catch up on some of my Sparking. This month hasn't been easy.
I found this in another blog: "1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward" - "No matter how many obstacles you run into, what matters is that youre able to overcome each of them, one at a time." That has been happening a lot to me lately and the 2 Steps Forward have been very hard to accomplish. It is good that we joined the gym or it would be 2 Steps Back, 0 Steps Forward. I go to the gym 3x a week and do yoga and cardio at home the other 3 days. Usually I love going to the gym, but lately that has even been hard. I am determined to keep taking those two steps forward, especially through the holidays. For years I have been very careful through the holidays. It is much easier to not gain weight than to loose it afterward.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Eat 3 fruits/veggies a day.
Loose 3 lbs
Dont go over calorie limit.
Do knee exercises, yoga, cardio for a total of 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week
..Mon Did my 20 minutes of yoga, but not the 10 of cardio.
