Today is the first of November. I am going to try a new idea (for me anyway) that I got from a fellow team member. I am going to blog every day, first thing in the morning and include how I did on my monthly goals the previous day. I think by being accountable to the world that I will do a lot better on meeting my goals. I looked over October goals and found out that I didn't do very good. In fact I did lousy. I hate to report that, but hiding from the truth won't get me where I want to go.
If anyone want to join me on reporting on their goals daily, that would be great. We can do this.
My goals for November are:
Cardio 30 minutes, 6 days a week.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Eat 3 fruits/veggies a day.
Loose 3 lbs
Stay within calorie limits
Do knee exercises Mon, Wed, Fri.
Do yoga Mon, Wed, Fri.
Edited to change exercise 30 min to cardio 30 minutes.
