A couple of the gals on my team have been talking about visualization. I started thinking about it and realised that I was using visualization last week and didn't even realize it. I visualized eating in the lower 3rd of my calorie range and did it 5 out of 7 days. The other 2 days I went slightly over.
This week I have been visualizing eating in the middle third of my calorie range and sure enough the past 2 days that is what I have done. I am having a rough week with a birthday party Sun., took Mom out to lunch today, DIL out to lunch tomorrow, birthday party Wed., and out to dinner on Thursday before the Community Concert.
Should I try to visualize the bottom third or be content with the middle third of my calorie range.
