I have been on Spark for a while now and I think I am just now getting it. I have just been exercising and slacking on keeping track of what I am eating. It finally occurred to me that I am not seeing results because I eat more than I exercise. Really silly that it took me so long to get that. LOL. So now I am going to track my food, my SMART goal is to do it 3 time a week. Once I get used to doing it that often, it will eventually become a habit. Then watch out, hot mamma her I come. LOL. I may even go crazy and actually read the Spark, seeing as how I bought it 2 months ago. It is currently being used as a paperweight. Guess I need to have a little reality check with myself.
