The Happiness Anaylsis ... How Happy Are YOU?
Happy? Satisfied? …
The Deep Dish Life Pie exercise (Burns 15 calories!)
Please draw a nice big circle on a piece of paper and divide it into eight sections ... labeling each section as you see on the finished sample to your right.
Creativity, Fun, Relationships, Health, Finances, Business/Career, Physical Environment, Spirituality.
Each 'slice' of this Deep Dish Life Pie represents one area of your life.
Please consider how satisfied or happy you are with each ‘slice’ of your life. Give yourself a 10 (outer rim) if you are totally satisfied / happy, and if you totally unhappy or dissatisfied, givethat slice of the pie a zero.
Please note that this exercise is subjective. This is not about how you are ‘supposed’ to lead your life or how others view it. This is a about how happy you feel, in your heart of hearts about your life.
In other words, if you have $3 in the bank, and you’ve never had such a large sum of money before and you are thrilled, give yourself a 10!!! Make a line parallel to the outer rim at the 10 mark and color it in! (see sample)
Determine your ratings for each slice of your life pie. FYI ... I've never met a person with all 10's, 8's or all 3's. I suspect we are all KA-THUMPNG through life to some degree!

Do you now see the importance of following a Holistic Life Plan in order to permanently remove those excess pounds?
