Have no idea why but I feel like I'm floating on air today even with the stresses I have in my life at the moment!
Maybe because the sun is shining, theirs a cool breeze coming through my window and i can hear robins singing to their hearts content as they build their nests in my Lilac trees again for another year!
There's just no telling whats caused it but I love the feeling of it and hope it doesn't leave!
Starting up a brand new business; getting into Aloe Vera products. I know it is good for many things and so will be using the products myself as well!
So here's to new beginnings!

    We are coming out of the same type of winter weather and I feel the lighthearted
uplift as well...no more snow lingering, warmer temps, sun, birds singing, and a
desire to even go outside again...definately makes such a difference on the mood and whole being! I didn't realize how much we have in common ~ throwing in the stresses as well~. Am glad you are soaring higher these days. And good luck with the new business.
Want to just thank you for the many times you've been there for me. You have many words of wisdom and enjoy reading when you write(emails).
I do understand how sometimes you get to a point where you need to take care of oneself cuz your reserve of giving is gone and you need to just take time to nuture self. And the key is when one can just recognize when it is time and admit it and do something about it! Not everyone is there!!!!
Am going to tuck in here shortly and so have a healthy day when it dawns anew tomorrow.

MORE PROGRESS, POSTIVE PROGRESS!

Good morning one and all! I thought I'd grace you with my missed presence this morning! LOL
I'm still dealing with life here but I'm now taking it in stride more now one day at a time and not letting things overwhelm me like I was. I've had a real couple of fantastic days and have been able to accomplish so much physically mentally and emotionally! My mind body and spririt are now back in sinc!
I'm still going to continue taking the break until Sept however. But you'll see a little more of me as the weeks go on.
I think that Winter has finally relinguished itself to Spring. We've had the snow come and go and the temperatures are now back up into the twenties and that blast of snow we had is all but gone!
So I sit here this morning feeling mmuch better and relaxed about things taking things in stride.
The weight loss is moving right along too! I have not veared from it and am feeling regenerated, and psoitively pumped! The measuring tape and clothes are telling the story!
This way of eating Omega-3's is the key for me! The belly fat is disappearing! By September or sooner I'm hoping that most of it has totally disappeared! Pictures? Maaaaybe LOL
And because my stress levels have dropped; not totally subsided but far less I'm absolutely feeling FREER!
Anywhooo I'm going to take off here and get some breakfast into me! One cup of coffee doesn't cut it! I'm going to go and get my energy levels UP up and away! I have another big day of cleaning and reorganizing planned!

I too have started drinking healthier smoothies and what a notable benefit they have been after three weeks!
Mine consist of
2 Tbsps 100% Whey Protein; banana strawberry flavour
2 Tbsps Ground Flax seed
2 Tbsps Pshyllium Husks
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsps Wheat Germ
2000mg of wild salmon oil
12 whole almonds
and three single servings of fruit blended with 1 1/2 cups pure Cranberry juice! THis morning i used pineapple, strawberries and manderin orange slices
This is loaded with enzymes, fibre and Omega -3 fatty acids
It fills my blender! And I sip on it for as long as it takes me in the morning to have it all drank.
It has improved my elimination and helped reduce my dress size! I've taken my jeans in twice now! I've been losing inches!

For lunch I create a 12 vegetable cocktail; broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoe. carrot, red onion. Spinach, Romaine lettuce, avocado, celery, snow peas, green beans, Lima beans, in 12 ounces of water

and then for dinner I have my serving of fish or white chicken breast with 2 cups of steamed Asian or European mixed vegetables. This I do seven days a week only on Sundays I trade my chicken and fish in for a BBQued steak and baked potato.

This way I am having my fruits vegetables, carbs protein and fats' I eat my fruit in the morning because fruit is easiest digested so you don't want to be eating after carbs and protein because they take far longer to digest and your body will lose the benefits of the fruit because it will end up fermenting. Same with the vegetables!
That is why have this order of things.
Bonus I NEVER feel bloated, tired, or sluggish! Instead I have more energy!
And I never over eat. I have portion control and I'm consuming my adequate amount of calories per day.
I have minimal amount of physical exercise due to back issues right now so losing has been slower but I HAVE been losing; specifically my belly fat!
I have FINALLY found what works for me!
