Im starting Again after taking a month off!

My plan for this week:

eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks

drink 8 glasses of water

exercise 3 mornings this week.

as you can see im starting with basics..lol

my give up for this week is: sweets and regular sodas

Cant believe I have been doing this for 12 weeks!! I have lost a little steam the past few weeks and am back on the right track.

Points for last week 1200(an all time low)
