Week 10 of Training

I have been working out consistently since January 8, 2014 my goal for this year is to lose 60lbs by December 31, 2014. I realized at the end of last month I am off track and have stepped up my activity and been tracking my eating more carefully in hopes to be back on track by the end of the month...I am stronger and have taken about 8 minutes off my mile, and increased the number of sit ups and push ups I can do...I am trying to focus on reshaping my body versus losing weight so I don't get discouraged.

It is week 2 of my training...I must say this week is much better, no soreness and feeling energized.

Day 2 of Training...

Good Evening Sparkers!!!

So today was day 2 of my training and I actually take a class two days, my trainer said I have to do work even when we are not working together, so I have one week of my total body class left..with that being said I will be working out 6 days this week and the soreness is trainer says it should go away in about two days...we will see....LOL..hope everyone is on track with their goals for this week!

February 2014 Goals

1. Begin training with personal trainer

2. Drink a min of 8 8oz cups of water a day
2 cups upon waking,2 cups while training, 1 cup with breakfast, 1 cup with lunch, 1 cup with dinner, 1 cup with afternoon snack

3. Get 8 hours of sleep a night , bed by 11pm

4. pamper myself daily

End of month review...

As January comes to an end I am thinking about my goals for you have any goals your working for February or have you joined any challenges?

So far for me I will begin working with a personal trainer for the first time still thinking about my other goals for the month...
