I have to tell myself that yes I can do this! I don't feel good about myself and the only person that can change that is me. So yes I can do this!!! Please someone send me some positive energy to support me along this journey.

    You have already taken the first step, telling yourself you can do this and you know what you will do this!! This journey is a day to day journey for all of us and we are all here for you. Reward yourself and celebrate the small victories and if you mess up forgive yourself and move on, you can do this. LETS GO!! emoticon

    Yes you absolutely can do this! Tell yourself you are worthy of being healthy, taking care of yourself and being kind and loving toward yourself! You are WORTH it, that's why you do it!

Day 1...today!

Well I am all set up and now my food tracker favourites is working properly and I am ready to roll. So today is the first day of tracking my food. It is funny how nervous you can feel and maybe that is why I have failed so many times. I feel like I have to go from terrible to perfect in one day. I know I need to do this so off I go...

Well here I am...again! It is always crazy to me that I do this to myself, I do well, lose some weight and then off the wagon and gain it back. I need to do this now...I want to succeed. Enough on feeling this way and missing out on stuff with my friends and family because the way I feel. With the support of everyone out there, I am going to do this and feel good about myself! I would love support, guidance and wisdom from anyone out there.

TRACK YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS DAILY TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
DRINK AT LEAST 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY MORE IS BETTER. FRUITS AND VEGGIES AT LEAST 5 SERVIINGS A DAY OF THAT AT LEAST 3 BEING FRUIT I MEASURE MINE OUT AND PUT THEM INTO BAGGIES FOR AN EASY GRAB TO A HEALTHY SNACK. TAKE CARE, CHAR
