I obviously cannot control myself and can't learn to moderate, so I QUIT! (but in a good way)
1. I am quitting smoking
2. I am quitting drinking
3. I am quitting fast food
4. I am quitting pop
5. I am quitting junk food
This is not starting tomorrow or next week or the 1st of the month. This is NOW!
I think drinking is the hardest bad habit for me to quit. I can't do it in moderation, so i need to quit. The day after drinking i am so regretful. The aftermath is SOOOO not worth it. I eat tons of junk food when i am drunk, and smoke way to many cigarettes. I am tired, groggy and grumpy the next day. This effects my husband, kids, friends and sometimes on the weekday, even work. So I'm done. My new goal is to quit everything. I can think of so many wonderful things i can do rather than drinking. I would have so much more free time to do better things.
I can do this, I know I can! (I feel better already, thanks for listening to me yell)
