What a morning! I was on Sparks and getting my points in like I did yesterday. I got a virus attack. I added a separate blog. I have decided to not go for points on any external sites with in Sparks. The community message boards are ok but Sparks brings in outside sources that is where there is potential viruses. My DH does this for a living. He says there is thousands of attacks a day on many sites. they are trying to take over our computers and get our personal information. Please protect your computer with Virus software, a good firewall and be careful of emails from unknown email address.
I will exercise today. I am a bit shaken but I will calm down and relax. I got in 12000 steps yesterday. The key words are to be aware and protect your computer and your personal information. Have a good day!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Good Morning, I read your other blog first, it happened to me, big time. although I do not really know what is a outside source, any pointers? I have my firewall set really low, because it blocks so much, maybe I better reset it. I got my 10,000 steps yesterday, in fact a little over 11,000. as I said earlier, I am going to try to stay around 10,000 a day, because I have been having trouble getting my legs to relax at night. and just cant sleep sound. It is a beautiful day out so far, so I will be getting out, maybe it will be dry enough to dig a little in my garden spot. Thanks for the information and have a great day. I just wish I had read it a few days earlier.

virus attacks real - window is fake - X out

I have had two virus attacks when I have been using Sparks.
yesterday- I was reading and getting points from Daily Blog and a virus attack. A window came up from Windows :it was telling me to press button to clear all. WARNING: Do not do what it says VIRUS window is an actual danger. Always use the X at the right of the window - X out. I am married to a security expert. He diagnosed it for me. So I know what to do. But today I got it again as I was getting points from a recipe. I got the same thing. I had to X - out and I ran a my virus scan. I tried reporting this to SPARKS but there is so many pages and not really an email address or phone number to call. Win32/Hoax.Renos.HX

    Whew, and I thought it was just me, yesterday and today. I found out the hard way a couple of years ago to use only the red X box, but it was important that you mentioned it again!

    I keep getting signs that windows is closing because of a problem but it doesn't actually close. I wonder if that is because it is keeping what you have described from opening up.

    The very same thing happened to me Saturday or maybe Friday, it wiped out my windows completely, and I was on Sparks, I had to have a new one put in, so I went ahead and got windows 7, well, I am not too used to it yet, so yesterday I was on my lap top and in Sparks and the same thing happened to me, the very same as you have trojan horse, etc. I thought it was from windows the first time, because it had something that I thought I recognized, anyway, when I tried to get back on, when I turned it on, in big red letters, it said you have been infected, etc etc. I swear it is always something, last night, I just turned off my computer, and went back on later and it seemed to be okay.

Good morning; I slept well and am going to get on my treadmill after I have my tea. things are much smoother in my home. My son is taking his recovery very seriously. I am listening to the weather and what a crazy forecast. I will be adding more steps than usual from now on. My son wants me to take him on mini trips so he can walk in different environments. I am thinking other local parks in our area. He has his mind set that he does not want to give up his Army career but he might not have a choice. I just do not bring it up. He is using it to motivate himself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon How are you doing?     Check the Parks and Rec site for your town, they may have a lot of places you hadn't thought of, forgot about. I just spent several minutes putting in my exercise minutes, geez did not realize I was so far behind (a week no less). A habit for me to work on, look in on you and go directly to track stuff.

    for sure flexibility is so important, I have no set time to do anything, very unorganized life, and it seems to be getting more hectic, if this is possible, I did get my 20 minutes jogging in, but very few steps, it took most of the morning to set up my wireless, my computer crashed (virus) and I had to get a new windows 7 put in it, so, now all of the things that I have to do to get it running like I want. Anyway, Yes, I will get more steps in, and it is a beautiful although cool day out, so I will get out and walk later on in the day.

Good Morning; I got 12,000 steps in. It felt good to be back on the road again. DH and I had a date night last night which was great but ate too much at dinner. Nothing bad but it was good food but too salty. It is amazing I can now taste too much salt- at one time I could not. With being selective with eating I can now taste too much salt in food. I will get my 10,000 steps in today. How are you doing? have you made progress with exercise? Do you track your food? i feel so much better when I exercise regularly. I sleep better, moods are better, blood sugar in check and BP is normal. How do you feel? How do you want to feel? You have the power to change from poor health to good health!     Glad to hear all is well in your corner of the world, here too, I got up early, and here I sit, but I will get moving soon. I need to get my steps started because, today is one of those sitting in the car days. I also need my steps to keep my body on an even keel. When I dont get enough movement, I am sluggish, dont sleep well and lazier than usual lol.
It is raining here, expecting very cold weather, now I do not know what the weather people call very cold weather here in Southern California, but, perhaps in the 30's, I just dont know, but this weekend is supposed to be cold. We will see. Have a great weekend.

    I feel great too! For the first time in a long time, I feel like I am in control of my weight. I have always strayed away from the evil 'diet' word. But this time, I jumped headfirst into the diet. I am even food journaling, which helps so much. I don't know why I ever resisted it. And I am promising myself 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Good Morning; I am up and roaring to go. I got my exercise in yesterday and accomplished many of my chores that have been on the back burner for a while. I have more to do today and next week. emoticon emoticon emoticon Son doing much better. I think he over did his walking yesterday but he has to learn what his body can do and can not. It comes from training, they are taught to push themselves. I am hoping to start on organizing my office so I can start taxes.
DECISIONS
My decisions are grounded in Spirit.
I may feel pressure to make a fast and hurried decision. Or I may be asked to make a decision that I'm not ready to make. Even though there may be people waiting for me, I allow myself the time I need. Instead of leaping to a quick decision, I may even decide not to decide.
Instead of forcing myself to make a choice, I create a space of no decision. I give myself time to gain clarity, to see what I might not have seen before. In this space, I have time to fully align with Spirit, time to realize guidance and direction.
With patience and confidence, I commit to feeling grounded and secure in every decision I make.

    I am up and moving also, I joined the 5k virtual walk so today, I need to get in my day 3 challenge, which will happen on my treadmill, so perhaps, I can get it finished before I go to the gym. I missed going Wednesday, so, I am anxios to get there today, I really miss it when it does not happen. The weather people forecast a very very cold weekend here, and that snow could get as low as 1,000 feet. I have lived here for 50 years, and that would be a first for me, although I live below 1,000 feet, it is very close to me. so we will see. It has been a very cool winter so far. Not like where I was raised, of course, but in the 40's lots of nights.
Have a wonderful weekend, keep moving and stay stress-free.
