Good Morning; I know there is concern about viruses every where but this site is ok. I click on a series of these sites for breast cancer, hunger, health and animal rescue. they just added veterans, homeless and ones that need a meal. It is a worthy cause. I did over 12000 steps yesterday, but have now incorporated my son as my personal trainer. He is bored and can not do much exercise except walking. He asked me, mom do you do any weights. I said not much, so now we are having a session a day. He is trying to keep busy. I was surprised that he knows so much. He is going to work my upper body. I just told him to take it easy with me. I have been incorporating him in chores around the house. He mopped my floor without bending. I did the bending but it was good. I am learning how flexible one can be and still get their exercise in. What a morning! I was on Sparks and getting my points in like I did yesterday. I got a virus attack. I added a separate blog. I have decided to not go for points on any external sites with in Sparks. The community message boards are ok but Sparks brings in outside sources that is where there is potential viruses. My DH does this for a living. He says there is thousands of attacks a day on many sites. they are trying to take over our computers and get our personal information. Please protect your computer with Virus software, a good firewall and be careful of emails from unknown email address.
I will exercise today. I am a bit shaken but I will calm down and relax. I got in 12000 steps yesterday. The key words are to be aware and protect your computer and your personal information. Have a good day!!!
I have had two virus attacks when I have been using Sparks.
yesterday- I was reading and getting points from Daily Blog and a virus attack. A window came up from Windows :it was telling me to press button to clear all. WARNING: Do not do what it says VIRUS window is an actual danger. Always use the X at the right of the window - X out. I am married to a security expert. He diagnosed it for me. So I know what to do. But today I got it again as I was getting points from a recipe. I got the same thing. I had to X - out and I ran a my virus scan. I tried reporting this to SPARKS but there is so many pages and not really an email address or phone number to call. Win32/Hoax.Renos.HX

Good morning; I slept well and am going to get on my treadmill after I have my tea. things are much smoother in my home. My son is taking his recovery very seriously. I am listening to the weather and what a crazy forecast. I will be adding more steps than usual from now on. My son wants me to take him on mini trips so he can walk in different environments. I am thinking other local parks in our area. He has his mind set that he does not want to give up his Army career but he might not have a choice. I just do not bring it up. He is using it to motivate himself. How are you doing? Have you developed a flexible plan for exercise and tracking your food? these are key for my success. Every one have a wonderful day!!
Good Morning; I got 12,000 steps in. It felt good to be back on the road again. DH and I had a date night last night which was great but ate too much at dinner. Nothing bad but it was good food but too salty. It is amazing I can now taste too much salt- at one time I could not. With being selective with eating I can now taste too much salt in food. I will get my 10,000 steps in today. How are you doing? have you made progress with exercise? Do you track your food? i feel so much better when I exercise regularly. I sleep better, moods are better, blood sugar in check and BP is normal. How do you feel? How do you want to feel? You have the power to change from poor health to good health!
