Good Morning; I am up early. I am not sleeping well. My son came home this weekend with a reoccurring back injury which occurred to him in Iraq. The doctors there just gave him pain medication and did nothing else.
Knowing that my son is young, my husband and I had to tactfully try to convene to him to go to the doctors again. You need to be firm with them and do not take just medication for an injury. My DH said that it was very wise that he continues to seek help. We want him to have a x-ray. In Iraq the soldiers were told to soldier up. Therefore, they lost confidence in the medical system. We told my son you are really injured and in pain. My family call me Dr. Mom, I am pretty good at home spun medicine but this is way beyond what I have knowledge to fix. Hope you have a good day!! He needs his back fixed before he deploys again. Get up and move today!! You will feel better!!
good morning; I am feeling good this morning. I am going to do my exercise soon. I just want to have my tea and do some meditation before I do my exercise.

Good Morning; this morning is more hectic than I like in the morning. I like a peaceful morning where I can meditate and then exercise. i am also drinking peppermint tea. My stomach is a little off this morning which is very usual. I am going to exercise today but I think I will be a little easier on my myself today. Have a good day!!!

good Morning; I just got home after running errands this morning. I am going to get my exercise out as soon as I post. I have been walking 2 miles per day. It seems like the only exercise that my knees can take. i love the dancing but I suffer after the classes. I hope all of you get a chance to get up and move today. Just a little at time can be beneficial to your health. It is going to get into 100's this weekend. This is the weather I dread. have a wonderful day! Remember you are important!!
Good Morning; I am just relaxing and drinking my green tea. Just yesterday I got a big dent in my house. I am going to exercise right after this to get it over and start the deep clean. I made a list and do a little at the time or how much I feel like. I work with an audio book or a playlist that I like. Sometimes I will stop and dance to some good music. I do not not like to clean, but it needs to get done. hope you are able to move today.
