Exercise blog- 30 mins any one is welcomeThursday, July 29, 2010
good Morning; I just got home after running errands this morning. I am going to get my exercise out as soon as I post. I have been walking 2 miles per day. It seems like the only exercise that my knees can take. i love the dancing but I suffer after the classes. I hope all of you get a chance to get up and move today. Just a little at time can be beneficial to your health. It is going to get into 100's this weekend. This is the weather I dread. ![]()

I got my 45 minutes in on my treadmill, that is going to be the extent of it for today, besides my bootcamp challenge, 10 mi8nutes and quite easy, also, I have been doing a 6 minute butt exercise (sparks video) so I will include that, these little videos are great. Hope your knees get to feeling better, I know me too, always a ache somewhere, mostly from my exercising, but if I didn't do it, I am sure I would be sorer. Hugs Mary

Good Morning; I am just relaxing and drinking my green tea. Just yesterday I got a big dent in my house. I am going to exercise right after this to get it over and start the deep clean. I made a list and do a little at the time or how much I feel like. I work with an audio book or a playlist that I like. Sometimes I will stop and dance to some good music. I do not not like to clean, but it needs to get done. hope you are able to move today.

I am off and running, well at least walking, I have some time in onmy treadmill, working on breakfast and then aerobics class and maybe swimming, but for sure I will get my steps in today, I too may do a bit of cleaning, lol, Mary

Any movement counts. there is no rules. it can be just a little at 10 minutes per day at first. Some people can not do it daily, but it is the goal. Put on a pedometer and count your steps. Does chair dancing to good tunes on the job count, I sure hope so as that is my start today. Also walking laps on break and lunch! Keep up the great work.
