It is going to rain here again. I am about to go for a walk. I did not sleep well - the house was so muggy. I have these days where I wake up without feeling rested - this is one of those days. I feel much better always after I get some exercise. I am going to try to get an AM and PM exercise in each day. Walk in the AM and pilates or strength training some other time of the day. I have gained some weight from the holidays and having family home. Food is where I really need to focus on. This is the hardest part for me. Hope you have a wonderful day!! Get up and move!!
Good morning; I just came back from my 2 mile walk. I am feeling great. I have much to do today. Today we are having rain showers. I got back just before they started. Every one get out and move. Everyone needs to find what works for them. I try to change my exercise so I do not get bored.
Good Morning; I am about to go and walk before it gets too hot here. It is so hard in the afternoon you can barely breathe outside. this is usual for my area, but I do not do well exercising in the heat. So every one keep drinking water. keep smiling and thinking positive thoughts- it helps keep our health - studies show.
Good Morning; I got 2 miles of walking in this morning. Cleaning up after company this weekend. I hope you are able to get some movement in today or this week. Please be careful of the heat. There is a heat wave going across the nation. Hydrate as my soldier says all the time.
Good Morning; I am going to exercise as soon as I blog. I have a window of time free to myself. I am going to try zumba classes. has any one tried this type of exercise. Hope every one had a great holiday and now can focus on yourself. Get up and move today!!
