Good Morning; I am about to go and walk before it gets too hot here. It is so hard in the afternoon you can barely breathe outside. this is usual for my area, but I do not do well exercising in the heat. So every one keep drinking water. keep smiling and thinking positive thoughts- it helps keep our health - studies show. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I have had lots of exercise today, only 20 minutes on the treadmill, but aerobics class swimming and I will go for my walk, shortly, I will aim for 40 or 45 minutes, so life is good, and I will get my movement in. Mary

Good Morning; I got 2 miles of walking in this morning. Cleaning up after company this weekend. I hope you are able to get some movement in today or this week. Please be careful of the heat.     I still have to get my walk in, but it is cool here today, real cool west coast, so no explantaion, but I have got quite a few steps in already, just walking at a big box store, and sten to WalMart and the doctor, so have close to 5000 steps already, half way there, maybe no treadmill today will be needed,

    Luckily it is not to hot here, but very humid! Already walked this morning and strength trained (ha)! I helped the office manager carry in the cases of water for the office!!!! Spark the Day and Keep on Moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning; I am going to exercise as soon as I blog. I have a window of time free to myself. I am going to try zumba classes. has any one tried this type of exercise.     I am up and just going to start on my treadmill, that is a sure way to get a certain amount of steps, time and exercise in, the walk will happen later, Have a good Monday, nope I have not tried Zumba, but have read about it,

Good Morning; I have a houseful full of company. Food is every where. It is very nice having family for the holiday. It is complicated getting exercise in. I have been trying and succeeding. I just try to get in 30 minutes whenever I can - usually walking. The rain has stopped but it is very very humid now and hot. Hope you are all having a wonderful holiday!!

Good Morning; I finally got my exercise in yesterday. this weekend is a challenge, but I am working with company being in town.     Back at ya Nancy!!!

This week I'm increasing the steps daily (amoung other things) wasn't walking as much as I thought(2 miles, but only a bit more than 1). I'm already almost up to 2, extra 350 per day.

    Happy fourth of July to you and yours also, I have spent a lazy day, my dh grilled steaks, and we had potato salad and corn on the cob, the fourth fare, I guess, I am just getting ready for a walk, it is 6:30, and I did already do my treadmill this morning, so that will be it for the day, I hope to see the concert out of Washington DC at the mall, we watch it nearly every year, hope it is on, nvever know will change any more, emoticon Mary emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
