Good afternoon- I am going to walk on my treadmill now. I came back from a short trip and have been unpacking and doing wash all day. I slept in late this morning and now it is time to exercise. Hope you have a good weekend. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good Morning; this weekend is very busy for me. I have to plan to get my exercise in. Walking is my key to success. I got off my food plan yesterday due to anxiety, but nothing like I used to do. My son has hard candy in the house and I had to get into the bag. I checked my sugar this morning and it is up, but not by much. I just have to get back on food plan and then it will be through my system. I track my glucose in the morning just to see where I am. I have learned to regulate my glucose through balance of food and exercise. Have a very good day and weekend. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I will be posting this weekend, but it might not be as regular as is the norm.     I am just starting my treadmill, no excuses, I just know if I dont get it done before I leave for aerobics, I will have a hard time getting it in, I find that if I cut my walking outside down, my foot doesn't bother me as bad, and I know that it is my job to monitor it, so half the time, the treadmill does not bother it at all, strange, Have a wonderful weekend, and I also find that walking is my very best exercise, mentally as well all over well being. emoticon Mary

Good Morning; slept in this morning until 7:30 am. It was like heaven. I am going to have my tea and then exercise. It is going to be a rainy day. I love days like this. Have a good one.     Good Morning, silly sparks, I swear, I have had nothing but trouble with it today, I have signed in numerous numerous numerous times, but it just keeps making me to do it again, I even was here said I had done half of my exercise on my treadmill, and that I do like rainy days, especially mornings, and we dont get enough of them here in Southern California,

Good Morning; emoticon emoticon I am about to exercise, but I wanted to post before I forget. today is a busy day and I need to stay focused so I get everything in. I have a crew putting in a cement piece next to my garage to keep my garbage cans there. With heat, I do not like them in the garage. My DH has meant to do this for years, I just decided to get it done myself. emoticon I will be exercising at home today. Have a good day and keep smiling!!!! emoticon emoticon

    I have been a slacker again today, I must change my attitude otherwise, I will just not do it one of these days, but I just finished 45 minutes on my treadmill, a little punishment for being so lazy, not really, just felt like it, and I have a crunch I did also, on my stability ball, trying to work on my abs, middle, belly, you know the whole rolly, jelly area that was a waist at one time, lol, but as you see, I got it done again, I'm going to start early tomorrow emoticon

    Good for you! Sometimes if we wait for Hubby to have time to do it-it just does not get done! I have already done my 30 min morning walk today!! Keep on Keeping on!!!!!
