Good Morning; I am exercising as soon as I post this. It is around 45 now but will be in the 70's today. this weather is crazy. I have to cover up in the morning and take it all off this afternoon. Everyone get up and move. When I came home yesterday, I took a nap and slept 3 hours. I could not believe this I have been running on low sleep lately. I have to figure what is happening there.     Good Morning, I have to break up my morning treadmill again today, but it worked out fine yesterday, dentist appointment, and I want to get part of it in before I have to leave. I will get it done, you inspire me to start, and when I start, I have to finish, and it sure helps my on my 10,000 steps goal.

Good Afternoon; Just got back from a trip to see my daughter. It was wonderful even got some walking in but not at the pace I usually do. It was great weather. It is so nice to see a child grow into a wonderful person. Good news about my son - he called and I actually spoke to him after a long time. He sounded tired, but I feel very honored that he takes his time to call me. I hear from him online, but to hear his voice. This has been a great weekend. Keep that body moving!!     sounds like you are having a wonderful weekend, makes me happy for you.
I am doing my 30 minutes on my treadmill, 15 minutes at a time, 15 down 15 to go, and I will do my 30 or 490 minute walk later this evening. it is a lazy Sunday for me

    Hey, I got it done, about 9:00 this morning, later than usual, but 34 minutes on my treadmill, I am waiting for it to cool off, so I can go walk, gotta get my steps in.

30 min on elliptical-treadmill today, so far.

    I am on the treadmill at this moment, well in a moment, for my 30 minute morning walk, woo hoo, and I know about aches, I have a ton the last few days, but that too will pass emoticon

    No knee pain, just a few twitches here and there due to lunges and squats. Very Luck I can move my body.

    I have a bad knee also. I find the more weight I lose, the more I walk and the more I do strength exercises - It's Magic!! It is getting better. It will probably never be 100% but I'm a far cry from having the replacement the doctor thought was the only solution.

I'm sure they get tired of telling people they can make things better by losing weight and exercise. emoticon

    Keep a movin! I have had one knee replacement and eventually will have to have the other replaced (not in any hurry there for sure!) I find stretching, stretching, stretching helps tons to reduce those aches and pains. Good luck!
