Good Morning; it could have turned into a terrible morning, but I kept letting go of the stress. I had workers coming today, but they canceled due to weather. I think it was because they drank too much last night b/c of the superbowl. I love it. Any ways, I have been running around getting ready for them. I am taking the afternoon and going to see "Dear John". I love Nicholas Sparks books. I have been going up and now the stairs all morning long. I am also going to walk on my treadmill later. Good Morning! this weekend has been very busy. I did get exercise in and will continue. My daughter and my son talked online for some time. It was great to see them. He is a short timer and this has made me want to get going on losing weight. I need to watch what I eat now. I do have a tendency to eat something I do not need on weekends. I am making a commitment to you all to watch what I eat now. So everyone get up and move!! Have a wonderful day!!!
Good Morning; My DH and I are going for a walk as soon as I finish the blog. We are making this a Saturday morning routine. The weather is sunny today so we are taking advantage of the sun. Good Morning, the rain has stopped here, but it is expected to return tomorrow. I feel good and am roaring to get going this morning. I heard from my son - he received a package with girl scout cookies. He was down and just wants to come home. He is getting very tired of sand. I told him to stay safe and he is loved. I will get my exercise in today. Move your body!! I saw a woman on TV that had fallen 3 stories- broke her pelvis, ribs. She is walking after 4 months. She says she had done regular exercise which made her able to repair her body faster. I do not compare her to any of us. I just think it is the miracle of exercise. Have a wonderful day!! Good Morning; Today is a good day - I can feel it in my bones. My joint problem have subsided. I used to sit and relax when my joints ached. Now I know for me that I just need to move and work the pain out. I do it gently but the condition subsides. You need to listen to your body and do what it is best for you. If you have chronic conditions do gentle movements if you can. Do not do anything to damage your condition further. Go gently in the day today. Move that body and enjoy today. You are important!!
