Good Morning; it could have turned into a terrible morning, but I kept letting go of the stress. I had workers coming today, but they canceled due to weather. I think it was because they drank too much last night b/c of the superbowl. I love it. Any ways, I have been running around getting ready for them. I am taking the afternoon and going to see "Dear John". I love Nicholas Sparks books. I have been going up and now the stairs all morning long.     Dear Sister, I'm sorry to not read your wonderful Blogs more often. It's probably the Title that scares me away. Ha Ha ha - - There's that 'scary word' Exercise in it.

    Put me down for at least a half hour of cardio today. This is going to be a great week for exercise!

    My daughter went to see Dear John yesterday and she was disappointed! Good Book though! Too bad because I would go today with my daughter who has yet another snow day! No good chick flicks right now.

I plan on going to curves Tues. Thurs Friday this week. Doctor appt tomorrow.

Good game last night! And I dont watch football!

Good Morning! this weekend has been very busy. I did get exercise in and will continue. My daughter and my son talked online for some time. It was great to see them. He is a short timer and this has made me want to get going on losing weight. I need to watch what I eat now. I do have a tendency to eat something I do not need on weekends. Good Morning; My DH and I are going for a walk as soon as I finish the blog. We are making this a Saturday morning routine. The weather is sunny today so we are taking advantage of the sun. I love walking outside when it is still cool and sunny. Every one have a wonderful day today. Get up and move that body. Remember you are important! Good Morning, the rain has stopped here, but it is expected to return tomorrow. I feel good and am roaring to get going this morning. I heard from my son - he received a package with girl scout cookies. He was down and just wants to come home. He is getting very tired of sand. I told him to stay safe and he is loved. I will get my exercise in today. Move your body!! I saw a woman on TV that had fallen 3 stories- broke her pelvis, ribs. She is walking after 4 months. She says she had done regular exercise which made her able to repair her body faster. I do not compare her to any of us. I just think it is the miracle of exercise. Have a wonderful day!!     I heard from my son also, finishing training at Camp P
then on the 17th, Hawaii here he comes. I use excercise to handle the stress of him being gone.

Good Morning; Today is a good day - I can feel it in my bones. My joint problem have subsided. I used to sit and relax when my joints ached. Now I know for me that I just need to move and work the pain out. I do it gently but the condition subsides. You need to listen to your body and do what it is best for you. If you have chronic conditions do gentle movements if you can. Do not do anything to damage your condition further. Go gently in the day today. Move that body and enjoy today.     Good Morning to you. Just finished with 30 min of cardio-and even some wii fit afterward.
Planning on more cardio later today -- Have a happy, healthy Thursday! (add another 15 of elliptical=)

    I am glad you joint problems is subsiding as you move more. Sometimes that is what it takes. I think the VIT D is helping me, I didn't know it had so much to do with your joints. My knee is finally doing much better!

I haven't been walking, it's either rain or snow. But I find myself doing more. Curves yesterday and will go to Curves today. More bad weather coming in for Friday and the weekend. Being able to just be more active for our health conditions has to be included as an activity :)
