  Thank goodness for a place like Sparkpeople. Why waste money on pay sites when it is all right here. A few inexpensive tools at home is all you need. a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and determination is all you need. Along with a good plan like sparkpeople's plan.

Insurance company just changed and now its time to start pursuing the barbaric surgery again. I am really enjoying the elliptical machine and getting pumped up a few times a week.

Great Day and then....

I had a great day today and was tracking my intake, taking some excersise, went to church, went to the beach with my son, went to softball practice with my daughter, and then the moon came up and the sun went down. In came the donuts, pasta, beans, and junk. I felt good for a while today, I hope I can build on that and drop that 100 lbs.

It was amazing. I went to pizza hut with the family and could not stop myself. I don't guess I ate all that much but then there was popcorn and soda at the theater later.

I am going to get serious about this today. I am going to exercise and feel better about myself.

    When it comes to pizza, (my all-time most favorite food) I do the same thing. But you're allowed to have "off" days! I've noticed that if I deny myself pizza, then I do go overboard and gobble up way too much of it when the chance presents itself. But if I allow myself to have a moderate serving of pizza once a week, or every two weeks, then my urge for it isn't as strong and I'm able to stay away from it most of the time.

    Boy do I know that kind of day. I do so well for so long and then I treat myself and wow I jump in the deep end every time. The next day I mess up part of the day and by day three I'm good. Keep the workout easy don't try to burn off all the food in one exercise workout. Take it from someone who has lost, gained, lost and gained.
