... and good intentions. That last post was just about a year premature. I fiddled around for a bit and then fell right back into my evil ways. I started to regroup once again last November when I ventured near my scales for the first time in many, many months. Of the 100 pounds I had lost, I'd found about 75 of it. I'm still counting my blessings since this time I didn't exceed my previous high and once sanity returned, I had a place to go. Instead of broadcasting my intentions this time, I've waited for a little success before piping up. During the holidays I was able to drop about 3 pounds just by thinking about what I was doing each day. Right after the New Year, I pressed a magic button and have been losing a couple of pounds a week since. We all know what that button was. The one that says "My Tools". There I found the magic nutrition counter and the magic fitness counter. I've been pressing it every day and I'm losing weight and getting fit again.... so, it must be a magic button, huh? This is a pretty cool club. The door swings both ways, so even when you stumble out the door, it doesn't lock behind you. I'll never say never again, but I do know that if I ever quit using the counters again, I'll get what I deserve for being stupid... again. SparkPeople works!
