This afternoon I finally joined the SparkColumbus Team - still don't know what took me so long emoticon emoticon, and low and behold they're starting a Turkey Trotter's Challenge tomorrow to lose 15#s by Thanksgiving Day. Now that is right up my alley and right in line with my goals. Whoo hooo - extra incentive when and where we least expect it. Stay tuned for updates...
