This is my first blog ever and I doing it to post my numbers for the PMP challenge that way I'm holding myself a bit more accountable.
Weight: 160
Waist: 37.5
Hips: 38.25 not sure if i measured correctly here
R thigh: 19.75
L thigh: 20.5
R arm: 12
L arm: 11.75
And I did 15 "girl" pushups and 18 squats in a minute. I really want to start doing standard pushups in the next week or so. And that's that i guess
