Yesterday, my body sabotaged me! i had it all planned out, i was gonna do my cardio and my strength training. but unfortunately, i was not feeling well. :( my body was aching & it seemed like everything i ate, i was eventually was gonna throw up. *sigh* i dont know why this was happening or what may have caused it.
but all is well now. :) i plan on probably cutting down my cardio to 2 days this week instead of 3 since I'll be busy with other things in the next few days. But i'm still gonna do my strength training as well.
