So my family came to visit from Boston and even though we walked around and had a busy visit i still got distracted. A lot of eating out. And i did great saying no sauces, eating fish, and always getting a vegetable. But still restaurant eating is just full of calories. So now I'm trying to get back on track with my food but i can barely workout because i pulled my back entertaining my family. Ugh!
On a good note though i am down to 178.8. And i haven't seen the 170's in over 3 years. Woohoo im so happy.
