ok so i had the best intentions of posting pics but didnt get them downloaded.
sooo..i will tell you my workouts today. first off i'mtotally on plan.
second, i did a 45 min chair dancing workou. review of it is, it was actually a challenge. but the lady is condesending and that drives me nuts. she turns paper plates into castanets and fans and COME ON its not nursery school!!
and the music leaves alot to be desired too..but it didnt hurt my knee and i did sweat and got my HR up.
so my daughter comes home..jumps on my gazelle, and drags out my dusty ab lounge. mind you shes a size 6...and shes gruntin and groaning and so i said my turn. i did it all..why is it no ab exercises ever seem to affect me? they dont hurt, dont pull, nothing. i think under this belly i actually have a 12 pack!!
ok so got done with that and she pulls out a couple of cosmos and finds the leg exercises. i got my carcass down on the ground and did the leg lifts and all. THEY affected me..LOL!! grunt..groan..but i did em.
sooo..all in all a productive day right?
