 Drink plenty of ice water! Pick up a watermelon, it's great snacking and very cooling. I just went out and did about a half-hours work in the garden cutting up roses, and I think that's the last of the strenuous exertion for the day. Now to loll in front of the fan for hours... dreaded heat, still working on cakes..ran over for a cold drink for a sec. ugh.

Ice water, and plenty of it! I like to soak a bandana in ice water and tie it around my neck. So cooling!
