FINALLY i'm done!!! YAY!!!!! its been a really hard week. i have pickups tonite, deliveries tomorrow...but everything is DONE!! ok well not really, i still have to smooth the frosting on one cake but it has to dry first..but it wont take me half an hour to do that.
I would be in the pool but the first pickup is supposed to come around 3 and its 2:30. i'd just get in and have to get out.
will do pictures starting tomorrow. i'm pooped!!

Just delivered 3 wedding cakes. 2 more to do, 2 huge shower cakes to do, a grooms cake to do, tomorrow have to bake 4 dozen cupcakes and a smash cake and get them decorated, too. Then deliveries all day Saturday. I am hoping for time to breathe Sunday...

I have cake orders for 1000 this week. yeah i said one thousand. i'm tired already. My poor a/c cant keep up at this point..so i've shut the ovens down and come home for a bit. i will go back in a while and get some of them built..i'm glad they werent all on one day..i have a wedding cake for thursday, one for friday, 3 for saturday, wedding shower for 100 saturday, 2 birthday cakes one sat one sun, and a graduation cake. oh and 4 dozen cupcakes and a smash cake for a 1st birthday party on saturday (wont even START them till friday....

up early. baked and baked. town for ingredients. stopped for blueberries. home. jumped in pool
(it was 90 something out) back to bakery to prep for tomorrow. home when huge storm came. now bed..up at 4 to bake more

Ok sorry this is a complain blog. I'm tired. I baked all week. Thursday night left for a fair horseshow. The best part of that was working with my wonderful spark Amiga Francescanaz! Worked fri and sat, home last night flopped in bed, now I'm baking to catch up on the two days. I have bride meetings today, orders to get out, 5 wedding cakes for this week, birthday cakes on top of it all--lol everyone wants to get married at once!!!

I can't wait for fall when it eases up some. But then I'll comPlain that their bored. Ummm NOT!!!
