Exercising in the morning.

OMG. i Woke up around 8am today and told myself i was going to exercise today. So guess wat. I did it. And i said today is my wake-up call.

When i exercise today i felt good about it and i told myself today is the day that i take control of my life. Before my Birthday April 10 2011. I will be smaller and healthier. Im determined now. Realizing that something so small can be a good thing will encourage someone. I will continue to become successful and motivate ppl who struggle with this everyday. Lets all just try it one morning and let me know how u feel afterward. Also i found out that im not snacking after i exercise AND eat not hungry 2 or 3 hrs from then. thats crazy. So lets get it done. emoticon

  you go girl. I started out just doing some crunches and floor exercises in my room, but you inspired me so tomorrow in the morning im going to gym. hair rapped and all. lol

    Good for you! I am less hungry the entire day if I eat breakfast. I used to not eat until about 2pm, thinking it was good for me. Then I'd eat all evening long.

Working out in the morning was GREAT for me because I got it over with and could enjoy the rest of my day knowing that I had worked out! I had so much energy! Now my schedule allows me to workout in the afternoon.

Today i finally weighed in...

I weighed in today and i saw that i had dropped 6lbs. I was so excited that i finally lost something. I felt like i had lost some weight becus i had put on some jeans and they felt loose at the waist, so i knew i had lost somethnig but i didint know quite how much it was. I am overly excited. I told myself that if i wanted to lose the weight i had to change some things and some things that im trying out for now is the kelloggs meal bar and water and bars. I can honestly say that those items tells the truth. They do make u feel full and im sure i lost some weight by drinking the water like they said, so im happy that im trying new things and liking them. I have also stop eating fried foods for now. Im trying to think of other items that i can eat and get full or atleast satisfied.

My next goal on my objective is to hit 250.....and maybe i will reward myself with something.

Today was a good Day!!!

I went walking today for 30mins and it felt good, i was ready to get out of this house and when i did and start walking i didnt feel how HOT it was outside. Im so proud that im on my way to a life changing goal. Also when i ate today i only had 3 fried chicken strips(they was small, thye wasnt long), and a tablespoon of rice & gravy and string beans..Overall i feel great about what i did today and hopefully i can keep it up. Now all i need is to find a way to work on my stomach. IDK wat to do, my booty & back starts hurting when i start doing my situps. How can i fix that? TTYL.1

Hi everyone, i've been stressed out since i got on my summer break from college and i couldnt get on sparkpeople to save my life to start losing weight before school started back because i told myself that i didnt wanna hear no one ask me if i was pregnant again this yr. Im tired of hearing that. I saw the motivaton and the commitment that all of yall are putting into losing weight and im glad that im on here to listen to yall talk and give advice because none of my family members care about me losing weight or being healthy; they just want to pick on me and not motivate me at all, but with yall all that will change and i juat want to say THANKS everyone for your help and AS OF TODAY I WILL CHANGE MY eating habits and do some exercise. Help me out please. TTYL.1

    My family is the same way. Take baby steps. Work on changing one thing at at time. Start off small, start exercising for ten minutes and work up from thier. This is your year! you can do it!

    I have add on my friend list.

I know that may sound weird, but try it. First I want you to look at yourself in a mirror. Notice how your back is arched in. As the weight is pulling on your lower back you are throwing your back out. Suck in your stomach really hard. See the differences.

Take a deep breath in while pulling in your abs. Hold it for a few sounds and let it out.

Try this breathing excerise for three minutes when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed for the next three days. What you will notice is that you are forcing your stomach to contract to help with your balance.

I went out brought a fitness ball and DVD called 10 Minute Solution Fitness ball workout. It's hard but I started off small by down 5 crunches on the ball 5 back extension and worked my way up so by time I started doing the DVD I could do it. The back extension will help strengthen your lower back. If you can't get these things you can, do them on the floor. Do 5 crunches when you come up hold for 5 seconds and go back down. For the back extensions laid down on your stomach, put your hands behind your head and lifted your head up and hold for 5 seconds and then come back down.

Do five today and Sat
On Tues, thurs Sat do 10
Increase each weight by five By the third week try adding some other abs excerise. When you add more try working all areas of your abs. Inches will start coming off.

Watch your portions when you eat I not saying stop eating your favorites,just learn to portion them. That help me a whole lot.

I know it is hard to control stress if you do the breathing excersies that will help you to relax before bed. I also put a few drops of real lavender oil on your sheets. Lavender is very helpful to reduce stress when you are sleeping. Stress plays a big part on gaining weight on the stomach. I own punching bag so when I get mad I punch it out HAHA it helps!!
