Hello to all my friends :) , I just wanted to let everyone know that i am still in the game. i have lost a ton of inched and a few pounds! but i could try a little harder! Starting, 5/4/09 i will push harder on that tredmill..

I recieved my turbo jam yesterday and i sampled it last night and this moring and it was fun , i will follw the routine workout but not that meal plan. i hope to see some inches and pounds fall off!!!!!!
