Got up this morning, and I was just dragging
I got on the scale for my weekly weigh-in, only 1lb, for 5 days of 30min on the elliptical humm
tried not to let that get me but,
then my IPOD wont work so no tunes for the gym GRRRRR
trying to think positive I thought well I can watch the today show at the gym
did my workout but I barely broke a sweat, whats up with that? Frustrating
then I went to do my running around, good thing of the day, I got all paper work
finished to start my new job, yeay
Then whhen i got home there was voicemail on my cell,
my Uncle Jamal suddenly passed away :( MAN
So now Im bummed and what do I do? Im weak and I head to the fridge.
Mindless eating all afternoon. This tells me Im not as far in this battle as I thought I was
Ill just have to pick myself up and start a new day tomorrow.
