Well I am back and feeling better. I am feeling excited about tracking again. My daily exercises are up to a minimum of 20 minutes a day now and I am reaching for more. My ankles still bother me, but the pain is more tolerable. This program is truly working. I am feeling better, my body has a feeling I haven't felt since I was a teenager. It seems to be rejuvenating itself. I feel like I can do so much more even though the aches and pains are still there. I have only started Jan 10, 2011, So I am excited to see how my body continues to improve. I also look forward to reading some of your experiences in your journeys as well because they also motivate me to stay on track.
