Its been over a month since my last blog, but please dont judge me lol I have been crazy busy with the move. Now that we are done moving now the goal is to get the place looking better before the holidays. And that included reordering appliances (smh), decorating, organizing, etc. I still can't decide on curtains for the living room emoticon

My progress:

Now that that's out the way on to the real topic my health! I have abandoned it and it has showed me the consequences! I'm more uncomfortable then I ever been in my life, but I just ignore it and keep going. I have a weird way of ignoring my issues and handling everything else like moving, organizing, cooking, cleaning, etc. I rather do those things then to workout or eat healthy. It's sad but it's the truth and i can't deny it. My mind wants this healthy weight, body, and baby! Yes I said baby, but my actions do whats the easiest things to do. Pray for me, pray for me, pray for me that I build courage, strength, and ambition to save my life.

Weekly goals:

Water 8 cups
10 min cardio daily

Day 24 Small goals Can Add Up!

I know it's been awhile since I've updated. I will try my best not to go so many days without posting a blog. I know some of you look forward to my blogs and my progress.

We are still preparing to move and my time is so limited, but I'm making an effort to do what I can to get me on the road to recovery from obesity. We will be moving the first or second week on November.

I've signed up for the fall 5% challenge emoticon I joined the challenge because I was planning to lose my weight in 5% increments and I hope this will help me. I will be posting goals for the challenge soon. I've also set a goal to exercise 10min daily for 5 days per week just to help me start back. And eventually do 15min strength three days per week. I still haven't managed to conquer my cleaning eating goal but I will eventually because I'm not giving up!

    Plz do NOT forget that ALL the packing DOES COUNT towards Exer time ! ALL that bending down,, reaching UP and STRETCHING !! WOOHOOO !! And also the UNPACKIN Does !! Anything that makes ur heart go BOOM BOOM !! More than the usual,,, making it beat hardah,, does count hon !!! That can go under heavy housework,,, on ur fitness tracker.

PLZ DO use the FOOD Tracker,,,and I didn't check first, but is urs public? We are asking tht ALL make their trackers,,, opened so they can be looked at,,,for ENCOURAGEMENT !! WOOHOOOO !! WTG !!

PROUD of ur goals !! I also started at 10 mins a day when I was a new Puppy. It's been 3 yrs,, but, now I am up at 120 mins, unless I am in to much pain. Than I may go without doing any. It simply depends on how much pain I am in.

Love your Goals, I agree with Gouldsgranite emoticon and emoticon together. The tracking of the food and fitness has done wonders for me and especially when I started back up . emoticon to all you have done to get your healthy lifestyle moving forward.

Days 11-15 Organizing my life

Hey emoticon

Since my last post things have been hectic for me. Currently I'm preparing to move at the 1st of the month so I'm in the midst of cleaning, packing, shopping for furniture, and preparing for my yard sale of items I no longer need. emoticon

As far as my healthy I'm still fighting my eating disorder. I did not accomplish my goal of 1 day clean eating, but I have reset that goal and I will achieve my goal this week. I have skipped work out due to my crazy schedule of working and preparing to move, but my water intake is good and I'm fitting in some strength work outs that may be 5 to 10min but at least I'm doing some type of fitness.

New goals for this week

5 session of 30min cardio
1 day clean eating
8 cups of water daily
Post blog daily

Perhaps you might want to focus on just getting in 10 minutes a day of cardio for now, since you're in the middle of a move. There is an Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge Team here on SparkPeople. I just joined within the last couple of weeks. Typically, I usually do more than the 10 minutes, but when things are crazy and I'm tempted to use that as an excuse not to exercise, I remember to just commit to 10 minutes. Stop by the team page and see if it's something you'd be interested in.

    Remember... carrying boxes and heavy cleaning are workouts, too! As long as you're honest about the time and effort being put in, why not use what you have to do already to get your goals accomplished?

Besides, it could help your packing/cleaning, too, if you schedule 15 minutes of intense cleaning for every hour of work! Be creative to achieve your goals, a workout isn't just with weights or taking a walk!

emoticon My non scale victories so far have been staying consistant with my water intake and exercising everyday. I have set a goal to eat clean at least 1 day this week. I'm sure that may not seem like anything to some one else but for me that is milestone and will be something great to celebrate. I have struggled with binge eating since 2006 - 2007 after I was diagnosed with PCOS. And not only my diagnoses affected my eating pattern but so has past failures with weight loss. I've almost given up so many times and I've tried to make myself believe this is the way God has created me and this is the way I will be for the rest of my life. Helpless is how I felt, but I know deep down inside that is a lie. I was not created to be overweight all my life although I have been so far. I believe in change, I believe in miracles, I believe in willpower, and I believe in strength. So if you ever felt like giving up Im here to tell you, in the midst of my storm, please don't. It gets greater later emoticon
