Challenge will begin May 5th if you miss the first day don't worry this will be an ongoing challenge.
Spring Time Fine Challenge
1. Take a before picture of yourself you don't have to share it with the team, but if you like to please post the picture in a blog.
2.NO WEIGH-IN REQUIRED...I repeat no weigh-in required for this challenge! You may way yourself once at the beginning of this challenge and once at the end. Hide your scales....hide your scales. This challenge will focus on habits not the scale.
3. Fitness 6 time per week 15 - 60 minutes and include strength at least 3 of those days 15- 30 minutes
4. ACCOUNTABILITY!!! We need to stay in touch here at least 3 times per week. This challenge is strictly for those ready to put them 1st no excuses. To keep intouch you can come here post your accomplishments, post on instagram ( instagram.com/ ) if you don't have an account try creating one it will be fun, blogs, facebook, etc But this is a priority and the most important of the challenge.

5. NO FAST FOOD, ALCOHOL, OR SUGAR (Limit as much as possible) I know life happens and so does slip-ups but keep pushing and keep your eye on the prize. Research natural sugars like those from fruit, but limit them as well.
6. Drink plenty water everyday, take vitamins and medications, eat plenty veggies (non starch)
7. HAVE FUN!!! Try new things weekly: meal prepping, infused water, pintrest ideas, try youtube, exercise, recipe, fitness class, hobby, book, hot tea, movie etc.
