This sounds like it would be really fun. I've been snowshoeing for a few years, always by myself. Did you do this event last year??

No Connection-

Saturday, October 17, 2009

I've not been online lately because I don't have Internet at home.
I miss it... getting excited about weightloss/healthy living, etc.. my two sisters were on SPARKPEOPLE with me... talking with my friend in Ireland that I want to go visit in 2010. ( I won't go if I weigh the same!)

I'm going to have to decide to set time aside on certain days to use the Internet, and make a connection. I think that the best thing for me is to get in the habit of EXERCISE, TRACKING, an COUNTING calories. * I know, who like that! but it wasn't that bad when I did it before.

Turning 32

Tuesday, August 11, 2009

Today, I am 32 years old.
I spent my 31's overweight, and my 30's was a mixture of right where I should be and gaining.
Who know what this year will bring.
Originally I wanted my goal to be right on for 2010.. to reward myself with a trip to Ireland.
But, I've pretty much not made any progress.
Because of myself and not following through.
Basically, the choice is mine.
What do I want 32 to look like?

Hope you have a wonderfully happy day today! emoticon emoticon emoticon
