Ok, Not much time to post these days.
Been having more headaches. Not sure if it is from exercise, getting up early, readjusting sleep schedule etc.
My first BLC15 weigh in was today. I'm down 3 pounds. Not bad.
I love love love these Aldi's bars: Fit & Active - Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Meal Bars (1 45g Bar / Serving), 1 serving. A box of 6 this week was $1.89 .. so good price, too. " A satisfying multi-grain protein meal bar with smooth peanut butter and rich chocolatey coating". The box says compare to Special K Protein Meal Bars. A friend says they would be 5 WW points, if I was doing WW.
I worked out at the building next door with my work pal.. that's because I was a little late and she was a little early! When I went back to my building, I hit the breakroom upstairs to make my Progresso chili breakfast & bumped into a lady that has been working out in the neighboring building. Small work. (We both are using next doors facility and both are on the same floor)
Lunch was going to be the salmon again but I got down to the cafeteria after 1 and they had sold out of the salmon . Boo. I grabbed a 1/2 C. cottage cheese (YUCK.. esp when it was 4% milkfat, large curd) and an Aldi's version of a Turkey & Broccoli hot pocket ( would be 6 WW points if you are in to that. I'm at 830 calories in for the day, and 500 calories out from my workout.. so, I should have plenty leftover to eat a nice dinner tonight.
