I've made a commitment to start sneaking exercise into my everyday life. My GOAL is to workout in the mornings on my elliptical before heading into work. This should also help me fall asleep better in the evenings.
But, I'd also like to add OTHER exercise into the day.
I've found a few local classes on canoeing that will fit into my schedule.
I went for a walk tonight with MAMA2FINN
And I'd like to start putting exercise and health first when getting together with friends and family. I'd like to meet for activities, instead of the usual "Oh let's go out for dinner"!
