So, this is the 2nd day of my workout =) & diet.
i went for a 35 minute walk today ; i know its not that much but it was still something ; i pushed myself even though i was getting tierd. for breakfest i had 5 strawberrys and a orange! ive had 3 glasses of water so far and then for lunch i had 10 wheat crackers with a slice of turkey bologna and for dinner iti had a chicken salad with garbonzo beans and cumcumbers. im feeling great already! =D after my walk i took a shower and felt completely refreshed. i really need motivation though because i get lazy easily and dont want to do things. i got a blister on my foot even though its bad im happy i got it cuz its a symbol i got off my ass and did something.
im trying to feel better about myself.. i fee. really ugly sometimes and feel like this diet will take forever, i joined this site yesterday and i love it so far the people i have met on here are amazing they relle help me. they help me more then my family has! it really makes me happy that we are all in this together =D i met people who i can relate to.. im in this journey with you guys it has to happen.
i relle wanna look as good as i can for my 18th birthday coming up.
i also have hypothyroidism so my doctor said itd be harder on me to lose weight so it kinda drags me down.. but i believe i can do it and with that.. i can
