Met my 3 lb goal for the end of October. Yay!!
Below you will find my SP page intro... I treated it more like a blog. Well, I am seeing positive changes and know if I commit to it I will continue to see GOOD things happen. Here's wishing all positive success with your SP program.
Learning so much through Stage 2 ~ today is 10/26/08 ~ down 2 lbs and have 1 lb to go to meet my October 31 goal of a 3 lb loss ... its all in CONSISTENCY, keeping GOOD CHOICES to see GOOD RESULTS.
Moving right along STAGE 2 ... today is Thursday, 10/16/08... tomorrow is weigh-in, in all honesty I have been 'wiser' about my choices, but accountability comes when I step on the scale or grab my tape measure. Right?!
Tracking my food has been a reality slap. I know exactly why I haven't lost and when I see it in black and white and DON'T see the results I WANT on the scale, then I have to decide 'do I really want this or not' and 'am I willing to make the changes I need to make to get there?'
I KNOW what to do... establish new habits and make 'em stick!!! No mo' yo-yo! ...lol...
