Ok this is my plan for a while. I will post about my progress daily to help me be accountable. Hopefully I will still come up with some interesting thoughts to throw in. Because I am me the scale is down a pound today. Could be up two tomorrow but I don't think so. That makes my goal a 12 pound total. Ate better yesterday though I had treats it wasn't as excessive. There is still a lot of room for improvement but we were celebrating my oldest daughters birthday. Yep that's another excuse.
Tried a couple of new recipes. The bruschetta turned out great, the pasta marginal. It was a fresh tomato sauce with oregano and mozzarella but it really needed something more. We'll keep trying new things. I love new recipes.
Looking out my window I see a beautiful day. Plan to go biking this evening. That should be enjoyable. Haven't gotten out much this spring.
