Ok I am so thankful for the spring like weather.
My workouts have been in a rut since returning from vacation.
Yesterday I got out for my first bike ride of the season. Biking in just my yoga pants and top in March in ND is amazing. I also was able to walk in the same outfit today.
Getting to bike and to walk outside does a lot to change up my workouts.
Also the biking in my part of the world is pretty much automatic HIIT training because it is hilly here, built in intervals. Gotta love it.
Today I walked, road bike and did elliptical. Variety is a beneficial thing for workouts so maybe I can bust out of my rut a bit.
I have plans for a couple more bike rides this week, even one with a friend.
I am also working on plans to do some swimming at the Y.
When I can't run because of my knee it makes variety hard sometimes. Too much impact in anything is a problem. So the nice weather has been a blessing in more ways than one!
