Doing All the Right Things?

I'm following Spark to a T, I'm doing all the right things. I'm working out cardio 6 days per week for 30 or more minutes, I'm doing ST 3 days per week. I'm at the low end of my calories and other nutrition goals, I'm reading articles...but I'm not losing any weight! I have plenty to lose but it's not going anywhere. Where am I going wrong while doing all the right things!?!?!

    Wow you're doing great. Maybe you're building muscle & that's keeping you from losing weight. Keep on track & I'm sure you will see the results you want. emoticon

    I had a week where I did all the right things and lost next to nothing. I was discouraged too but the following week I had a really big loss. Have you had a checkup recently - there are lots of medical conditions that slow down the metabolism and make weight loss slower. Also make sure you don't go too low on calories and mix it up some to keep your metabolism for m getting complacent.

Stick to the plan and the wieght will come.
