I'm following Spark to a T, I'm doing all the right things. I'm working out cardio 6 days per week for 30 or more minutes, I'm doing ST 3 days per week. I'm at the low end of my calories and other nutrition goals, I'm reading articles...but I'm not losing any weight! I have plenty to lose but it's not going anywhere. Where am I going wrong while doing all the right things!?!?!
