Well, it's now October and i have big plans. I finally comfortable with my new job and back to school studies, going for my social work degree. For over a month now i have been taking the bus and walking every where and i have been eating a lot more healthier. Things are looking way better, i have lost a little weight, not sure yet how much because i don't have a scale in my house. But i can tell by my body and my face and also the way that my clothing fit, that i have lost weight...I am loving it, and really I haven't been changing it was really just a change in the way that i did things.
My plan is by christmas is to be down to at least a size 16. Going to make sure i get in my water in take, get in my meals, and do exercise daily.

    Thanks you guys.. this month has been going great so far... my husband and I also have changed our way of living and are starting to live a more frugal life.. so we will see where that will take us...only good places i hope.

As for the scale, more likely there is one some where on campus i will just have to hunt one down or i can just go to wal-mart and take one of theirs for a test drive.

Slowly adjusting

So i am still slowly adjust, and haven't yet 100% started my plan.... just seems like when ever i want to something else gets in the way, and so it gets put back onto the back burner.

Ok, so it's August, I am happy to say that i have left my job that was taking over my life, and now have a new job that i love to death. I have more time to myself and time to take better care of myself. So finally I am ready to say this I AM READY to LOSE THIS weight and stick to a plan. I am going to start off slow, with my water first and make sure i get in breakfast, lunch and dinner... and i am hopping that my husband of 5 years is going to join me in this journey for it's always easier when there is more then just you. Here is to the new start to me!!!!!

So far this week

Things have been going some what good....

I have managed to have 3 meals a day, with my light snacks
managed to get my water in - got those single koolaide packs... i know not good... but really if you think about it i have a 30oz water bottle that i put it in.. so really it is not even doing anything just gives the water a little boost.

I am hopping this week to start adding exercise to my plans.

This week has been very very busy, crazy and stressful! But i have managed to keep a good diet going, trying my best to get my 3 meals in and my 3 small snacks. I haven't yet started my exercise plan yet, thats the next thing on my list. But it's hard when you work shift work and your work time is all over the clock.

Goals for this week

increase my water in take
Make sure i get in my 3 meals a day and snacks
and try to set up an exercise plan
