Well, it's now October and i have big plans. I finally comfortable with my new job and back to school studies, going for my social work degree. For over a month now i have been taking the bus and walking every where and i have been eating a lot more healthier. Things are looking way better, i have lost a little weight, not sure yet how much because i don't have a scale in my house. But i can tell by my body and my face and also the way that my clothing fit, that i have lost weight...I am loving it, and really I haven't been changing it was really just a change in the way that i did things.
My plan is by christmas is to be down to at least a size 16. Going to make sure i get in my water in take, get in my meals, and do exercise daily.
